Obama Adamant on Continuing Immigration Crisis

We still have the White House pushing a false meme about our supposedly broken immigration laws, and a fawning media that only plays lip service to this meme. For instance we have George Stephanopoulos asking this question:

Pfeiffer spoke to a skeptical George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s “This Week” about the rumored executive actions to work around Congress and enact the president’s preferred immigration policy. Stephanopoulos noted that last fall, President Obama claimed he did not have the authority to go it alone.

“Doesn’t a reversal like that fuel the arguments of those who say that the president is overstepping his authority?” he asked.

He does correctly state that this is a "preferred immigration policy," however it does not correctly get to the heart of the matter which could have been cleared up by one simple question.

How is our immigration system broken?

Which he did not ask, and allowed a segue into the excuse being offered by Dan Pfeiffer:

Pfeiffer explained that “whatever [Obama] does in this space will not be a substitute for comprehensive immigration reform. Congress will still need to act.”

“But, because of Congress’ failure to fix the immigration system and to pass the supplemental appropriations will need to deal with the specific crisis on the border, the president has no choice but to act,” he added.

Let's break down this issue, we have two issues being co-mingled, one being amnesty for the current illegal aliens squatting in our nation who have already broken our laws. The other is immigration reform two very different problems and both are given to the exclusive domain of Congress to legislate.

We have a third issue, how is either these actions (immigration reform and amnesty) going to fix the manufactured border crisis? The stalled request by Congress will do nothing in this regard. George failed to ask these questions as well, how will granting amnesty to upwards of five million people do anything to solve the steady stream of illegal aliens that Obama has allowed to violate our laws and border. Or how will immigration reform stem this tide as well.

Then the show stopper would be; does Obama have a comprehensive legislation package for Congress to consider? Which he also failed to ask. And if so when will he present it because Dan Pfeiffer has already acknowledged that this is the exclusive domain of Congress with:

"Pfeiffer explained that “whatever [Obama] does in this space will not be a substitute for comprehensive immigration reform. Congress will still need to act.”

So all George has done is given a stage to allow the president to energize his base for the midterm election, and inoculate others against this growing crisis. Throwing responsibility for this manufactured crisis on the border onto Congress for not approving of his and the National Socialists plan to balkanize our nation with upwards of eleven million new voters for their political Party and hegemony.

We discussed the heart of this issue in our Balkanization Reaps the Consequences of Law by Fiat article:

One of the forgotten issues in the current border invasion that need to be addressed is the so-called 'broken immigration system.'  We hear this meme so often that is treated the same as global warming. Neither; is true they are only tawdry initiatives to change government and massive transfers of wealth and power to others.

So in this environment we have this stunningly ignorant remark by Cecilla Muñoz:

The challenge, according to lawyers inside and outside the government, is to avoid being arbitrary in deciding who must go and who can stay.

“It’s legally complicated,” said Cecilia Muñoz, the director of the Domestic Policy Council at the White House and Mr. Obama’s top immigration adviser. “That was always going to be true. It’s just in higher relief now.”

Legally complicated and arbitrary, how can that be, don't we have the Immigration and Nationality Act or the McCarran-Walter bill and now known as Public Law No. 82-414 under Title 8 of the federal statutes. As far we know this has not been repealed...

So how is any of this "legally complicated" or "arbitrary" which has been made that way not by following the rule of law; but the arbitrary and capricious unconstitutional abrogation of the rule of law by the edicts and fiat of Obama's pen. Has made a working system that is by the way not broken, it just does not serve the needs of the regime in power and thereby declared "broken" to serve their political interests and ends.

We have now established what George Stephanopoulos has failed to do and we have to ask, was he only there to act as a propaganda arm for the White House to prop-up their deliberately illegal actions that they fully intend to implement, on this so-called immigration crisis.

We have continually reported that these actions against this nation and people are a direct assault on the Constitution and our Republic. We will continue to call out everyone that is enabling or helping this effort by Obama to balkanize this nation and destroy our way of life. We have been directly led into one crisis after another by this tyrant who has acted beyond his Constitutional directive to "[The President] shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed...." From Daily Caller.
