Budget Raises Questions on Admin's Foreknowledge of Border Crisis

July 19, 2014

While the Obama Administration has largely expressed surprise at the sharp increase in illegal immigrants from Central America this year, the Health and Human Services (HHS) budget for processing unaccompanied foreign minors has exploded in recent years, raising questions about whether the administration could have foreseen, or did foresee, the crisis.

Surrender by Another Name: Obama's Endless Iran Negotiations

July 19, 2014

Just a day after media reports warned that no progress was being made in negotiations between the P5+1 alliance of Western nations and Iran regarding that nation’s illegal nuclear weapons program, US Secretary of State John Kerry cited significant progress in a bid to set the state for an expected announcement of yet another reprieve for Iran’s nuclear program.

Conservative Pundits Lose it Over Obama’s Response to Ukraine Crisis

July 19, 2014

The president’s unimpressive response to the downing of Malaysian Airline Flight 17 yesterday (all passengers on board lost their lives, some of whom were reportedly Americans) was met with distain from pundits all across the political spectrum.

Top Justice official denies conspiring with IRS on tea party targeting

July 18, 2014

Hagel quietly notifies Congress of transfer of 6 Gitmo detainees

July 18, 2014

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel quietly notified Congress last week that the military is set to transfer six Guantanamo Bay prisoners to Uruguay as soon as next month, The New York Times revealed Wednesday.

Now for the entertaining and slightly delusional statements on the hair brained idea to bring a lawsuit against our resident tyrant Obama by the House of Representatives; from Rep. Tom Rice (R., S.C.) and constitutional law expert David Rivkin:

“I’m very optimistic that this lawsuit will succeed,” Rivkin said in an interview. “I certainly expect there to be a propaganda offensive to try to stop it, but I don’t see any fundamental legal problems, with regards to standing or the merits.”

Rice said he is “confident we’ll receive settlement of judgment by September,” though Rivkin anticipates a favorable ruling in a D.C. district court by November.

We are not lawyers so we are not qualified to comment on the legal aspects, however this whole lawsuit idea is absolutely crazy when Congress has the means to stop all the abuse and overreach by Obama. They have several methods, the power of the purse and impeachment are two that are readily available to them. They are now asking another branch of government to do what they will not or cannot do themselves. It smacks of the dog ate my homework excuse to us.

Either way we do not expect the courts to be happy about being handed this political hot potato. When we look at the actions of Congress who has been complicit in practically everything Obama has done. For instance they obliterated the debt ceiling so that Obama could spend all he wants during the next year, it was done to get past the November election, weak-kneed comes to mind. Then we have the budget where all the programs they say they are against are surprisingly funded. Raising our deficits to heights that is depressing the economy with negative growth of -2.9% Real GDP for the first quarter of 2014.

Me thinks though doth protest too much...!

We have the government shut down, the only thing that shut down was the resistance to this tyrant’s actions against our people, he could close war memorials, national parks and public areas, what he can't do is close the border.

So it comes down to political will, what we have is a Congress of Cowards that is paralyzed by a black man in the White House that they will be seen as racists for taking a tough stand against this usurper. What this shows most of all that we do not have a Constitutionally restrained government anymore not the executive, legislative or the judicial. Our courts have always had the ability to make and act on their own motions when egregious violations of law come to their attention.

Sadly no one has acted and this lawsuit is too little, too late to restore constitutional government that ship first sailed on January 20, 2009 when this miscreant and National Socialist tyrant and enemy agent was sworn into office. From Free Beacon.
