Free Fire Zone-A Declaration of War on the Jihadists

February 9, 2015

We have another video from Jim Hanson and the Center for Security Policy which is headed by Frank Gaffney a former Assistant Secretary of Defense under the Reagan administration who have created a Declaration of War on the Islamofascists and their deadly movement.

We have Eric Holder the most corrupt Attorney General in the history of the nation who has sat and ignored so much crime out of the Oval Office and this administration that he calls it a regime.  He is now claiming that his biggest failure is that he was unable to get gun control passed in this nation, from a story on Breitbart:

Harris-Perry looked at Holder and said, “You once said the worst day in office was the day that you had to walk through the bloodied aftermath” following the heinous attack on Sandy Hook Elementary. She said, “Children were slaughtered in their classrooms and we have not made any meaningful progress on changing the access to guns in this country. Are we a nation of cowards when it comes to guns?”

Holder responded:

Well, I’ll say this, [walking through the school] was the worst day I had as Attorney General. It is, I think the single failure that I point to in my time as Attorney General, that I was not able to… convince Congress to really follow the will of the American people — which was to enact meaningful, reasonable, gun safety measures. The gun lobby simply won.

Holder went to say he does not believe America is a “nation of cowards,” but he does believe “members of Congress need to have a little more backbone and stand up to what is a distinct minority, even within… the NRA.”

He did not address the resounding defeat Americans dealt to gun control and gun control candidates during the 2014 midterm elections. In one fell swoop they took the Senate away from Democrats, increased the Republican majority in the House and expanded the number of pro-gun governors across the country.

His words fall on deaf ears as he was taking action in Indiana and the Mexican border in 2009 thru 2010 in Operation Gunwalker running guns across, an international border into Mexico to drug cartels we know it as Fast & Furious, and in Indiana running guns into Chicago for the drug trade. We find it curious that he claims he was lobbying Congress to pass gun control legislation when we have such heinous acts being committed by our own government knowingly placing firearms into hands of criminals to create a crime and murder spree that killed hundreds of Mexican nationals and our own citizens in Chicago.

We discussed this in our Obama Ran A Fast & Furious Operation In Indiana article:

The true depravity of the Obama regime is now coming to light due to another gun running action that was launched not across the Mexican border, but in Indiana to supply Chicago; Murder Capital USA with illegal firearms for the drug trade. It was known as Operation Gangwalker.

The same bad actors in the Justice Department Eric Holder and his faithful zealots in other alphabet agencies that answer to him by unleashing death and violence on our citizens all in an attempt to craft a gun control agenda over the death of citizens. This is so craven and depraved to allow weapons to be sold to criminals and drug dealers intentionally to cause death to others is now in a league all in its own as crimes against this nations people. They must be prosecuted as intentional accomplices to these deaths as the depraved indifference is now legendary, all these crimes actionable and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of law.

What this means is our federal government and in particular the DOJ, ATF and FBI have been used in the commission of intentional crimes by abetting and creating the climate for murder to be committed as willing accomplices by supplying arms to the drug trade.

This is the very definition of misprision and is culpable as the Constitutions standard as High Crimes and Misdemeanors for our feckless tyrant and his agents:

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has acknowledged an Indiana dealer’s cooperation in conducting straw purchases at the direction of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Exclusive documents obtained by Gun Rights Examiner show the dealer cooperated with ATF by selling guns to straw purchasers, and that bureau management later asserted these guns were being traced to crimes.

The fact that firearms were allowed to be sold to known criminals as straw purchases without interceding and arresting these individuals and allowing these weapons to be used in crimes, all so that an anti-gun political agenda could be inflicted on the American people is unconscionable. These government agents have a lot to answer for, and they need to be prosecuted as accessory to murder before, and after the fact.

Which means this is an active conspiracy to deny the American people of their Constitutional right to bear arms:

At the very least, as with “Project Gunwalker,” they indicate straw purchased guns ended up in crime traces, something those directing surveillance were well aware of. It also indicates the FBI and ATF were once again involved with allowing transactions rejected by NICS to proceed, indicating this practice could be more widespread than has been previously documented, and not confined to Southwest border operations.

It’s fair to ask at this point what Robert J. Browning knows about this. He’s the Special Agent In Charge (SAC) of the Columbus Field Division, which directs Indiana and Ohio field offices. Also worth questioning: Joseph H. Hogsett, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana, specifically about what he has directed and approved that has any bearing on “crime guns” making their way to the street following law enforcement firearm transfer approvals to straw purchasers within his jurisdiction.

It’s also fair to ask if it seems credible that such similar operations would develop independently in the Southwest (“Project Gunwalker”) and the Midwest (“Project Gangwalker’?), without authorization from and oversight coordination by Main Justice.

We also have evidence that the Obama regime has allowed increased firearms crimes by prosecutorial discretion to create a climate of violence as an assist to their conspiracy to deny us our rights by furtive means and active criminal actions. We have investigated this failure to prosecute firearms crimes where the DOJ preferred to persecute citizens for exercising their 2nd amendment rights through Operation Choke Point and has deliberately chosen to forgo prosecution of weapons and firearms related crimes.

We also have evidence that under Eric Holder, who is lamenting that he was unable to disarm the American people at the same time prosecuted fewer people for firearm related crimes. This is an interesting development since these miscreants in the Obama regime have been anti-firearm from the start, and it seems this was a conscience effort to skew crime stats that had been falling for years. Since these prosecutions were a whopping 42% less than the Bush administration, so they failed their legal duty to apply the law and prosecute, and instead created illegal acts to provide weapons to criminals. We discussed this in our Obama Prefers & Creates Anarchy Over Justice article:

Nothing say's National Socialist fascist tyrant like ignoring criminal prosecutions at the DOJ for weapons and firearms crimes when they can spend their time in illegal actions against law abiding citizens and businesses.

We have now have proof that Obama has been lax on criminals with an analysis on weapons prosecutions of the DOJ by Syracuse University:

The 2013 totals represent a 42 percent decline from the record number of 8,752 prosecutions of ATF cases brought by the Justice Department in 2004 under Mr. Bush, according to the data.

Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse, regarded as one of the premier researchers on federal prosecution performances and trends, analyzed the data at the request of The Washington Times.

U.S. attorneys have been slowing gun prosecutions even further, with 2,598 brought in the first seven months of this fiscal year. The pace of activity puts the Justice Department on track to prosecute the fewest ATF cases since 2000, well before the drug gang wars in Mexico sharply increased violence on both sides of the border.

This irony was not lost on the Washington Times with this observation:

“We have this irony. The Obama administration, which is asking for more in the way of gun regulations — in terms of increased background checks for private sales and at gun shows — is actually prosecuting less of the gun laws already on the books,” said Robert Cottrol, a gun control historian at George Washington University. “For a lot of people, there’s more ideological cache harassing Bubba at the gun show than getting a handle on gun crime.”

The data contrast with Mr. Obama’s proclamations after the deadly shooting sprees at a Newtown, Conn., elementary school and an Aurora, Colo., movie theater that he would take every step possible to stem firearms violence.

“We should get tougher on people who buy guns with the express purpose of turning around and selling them to criminals. And we should severely punish anybody who helps them do this,” the president declared in the immediate aftermath of the Newtown tragedy.

Instead of prosecuting criminals and others that violate our firearms statutes the DOJ has been too busy going after private citizens through Operation Choke Point being used to close down firearms and ammunition retailers which has been declared an illegal action by Congress.

We have to ask the question, what is Eric Holder lamenting his inability to effect the gun control agenda in the nation by covert and illegal means or his laughable lobby Congress excuse for gun control legislation...? What we see is a regime that has been running fast and loose in the administration of justice, they unleashed, known criminals and supplied them with weapons that led to the deaths of others. While at the same time running Operation Choke Point which is used to close down legal retail sales of guns and ammunition to choke off our second amendment right for citizens to bear arms.

Clearly this regime is a criminal enterprise that is using illegal methods to push a political agenda to subvert and deny the citizens their Constitutional rights and have used violence, corruption and illegal means to do so. Clearly Eric Holder is a failure; but not for his stated, reason, he is a failure because he purposely went against the will of the people and attempted to deny us our right to self-determination.

The problem with firearms is that criminals will use them against law abiding citizens, and if he had been successful this would have caused even more citizens to become a crime statistic. If our government does not trust the citizens of this nation with firearms then maybe he should watch Bill Wittle's excellent video for a primer on gun violence and gun control as he sits in a prison cell for his many crimes against the people.
