President Obama says he intends to act quickly to offer executive amnesty to illegal immigrants, and aides say that move could come as soon as this week. This need for haste may be due to his party growing weaker with each passing election.
John Boehnor has hired Jonathan Turley to handle the House lawsuit against Obama for his unilateral changes to his signature health care law better known as ObamaCare. The House Resolution approving the lawsuit cited the arbitrary changes to this law without the consent of Congress and in particular the suspension of the employer mandate.
Jonathan Turley is best known for his warnings about the executive overreach of Obama and his trampling of the Constitution and creating a condition that is dangerous to our liberty:
House Speaker John Boehner said he thinks he’s found — finally — the attorney who can compel the courts to rein in President Obama on executive action and overreach. He’s hired Jonathan Turley, a George Washington professor with an expert understanding of the Constitution.
“Professor Turley is a renowned legal scholar who agrees that President Obama has clearly overstepped his constitutional authority,” said Mr. Boehner’s spokesman, Michael Steel, in a written statement reported by CNN. “He is a natural choice to handle this lawsuit.”
The suit has been a long time in coming, in part due to the inability of Republicans to find a law firm that would take on the president. In July, the House voted to go forward with a suit against the president over his executive-

But a lot of firms turned down the offer, fearing political repercussions, CNN said.
We have discussed Jonathan Turley several times in our articles and most recently in our Turley Warns Nation Over Obama’s Illegal Amnesty article where he says that Obama's actions are a danger to our liberty:
Jonathan Turley a liberal law professor from George Washington University has some prescient advice for Obama and the National Socialist Party that are trying to create a new form of government from our Constitutional Republic. He warned that no president has the power to create law from whole cloth, the Constitution grants the power to legislate to the people through Congress and is not vested in the chief executive, here he is in his own words from Townhall:
"What I'm hearing certainly causes great concern that he will again violate the separation of powers," Turley said. "No president can take on the power of all three branches and that's what he seems to be doing. He certainly seems to be taking on legislative authority. He isn't be particularly coy about this, you know he says 'this is what I wanted to get out of legislation and I'm going to do it on my own' and that does become a government of one."
He then went onto counsel the president that this is not our system of government which has separation of powers between the separate branches and, that the chief executive does not have the authority to declare legislation broken, then remedy what they declared broken as a one man government.
This simply destroys the peoples right to legislate through Congress:
"It's a very sad moment but it's becoming a particularly dangerous moment if the president is going to go forward, particularly after this election to defy the will of Congress yet again. I can understand the frustration, these are two political parties that cannot get along but as you said, we have a Democratic process and a Congress that's coming in with the full voice of the American people behind them, that's what an election is, you may disagree with the outcome, but you have to respect the outcome," Turley continued. "What the President is suggesting is tearing at the very fabric of the constitution. We have a separation of powers that gives us balance and that doesn't protect the branches. It's not there to protect the executive branch or the legislative branch, it's there to protect liberty. It's there to keep any branch from assuming so much control that they become a threat to liberty."
He has hit the nail squarely on the head that our feckless tyrant is and has become a threat to liberty, and what has our GOP leadership said already to this flagrant usurpation of delegated powers. They have declared they will not shut down the government or default on the debt, they have at every turn gave away the farm and told Obama what their game plan will be to rein in his illegal acts. They have gone so far as to have categorically stated they will not impeach this miscreant, no matter how outrageous his actions and lawless his acts by executive action become.
His parting admonition is telling and belies the state of the office of president that is taking powers not granted to our chief executive and usurping powers of Congress. Our bicameral legislature was created to make legislation difficult, it was done so that law could be crafted that benefited everyone and not just the executive branch but the people.
It is the people that have the right to legislate through their elected representatives and not the executive. The office of president is given one explicit command in the Constitution in Article II Sec. 3 and it is simply:
[The President] shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed....
He does not have the right arbitrarily to delay ignore or change existing law, or create it from whole cloth as he is threatening to do with the nations immigration laws. Jonathan Turley had this to say about these changes and the willful illegal acts of our feckless tyrant Obama from our article:
Jonathan Turley had some prescient words in this regard as a parting admonition:
"I always tell my friends on the Democratic side, we will rue the day when we helped create this uber presidency," he said. "What the Democrats are creating is something very very dangerous. They're creating a president who can go at it alone and to go at it alone is something that is a very danger that the framers sought to avoid in our constitution."
What we see in the tyranny of Obama's regime is a government that has been turned against the people and is a system of spoils being dispensed to constituents and supporters, that embrace this despot’s agenda. If you have another political perspective, you are marginalized or harassed where the entire federal government is set against you.
What we see is the destruction to law and the rule of law, where we have a government that is dictating to the people on what the executive desires will be created and what the people want is destroyed. This is not government by the "consent of the governed" by any means it is capricious, arbitrary and is tyranny in its most rank form.
Speaking about the Democrat response that Turley discussed above we already have a response from Nancy Pelosi on the choice of lead attorney in the House lawsuit:
Mr. Turley is a well-
She called the continued suit against the president a faulty move and mocked Mr. Turley as a “TV lawyer,” CNN reported.
If we follow the old adage "not to suffer fool, gladly" we can dismiss this ridicule from Ms. Pelosi, as Turley is a capable and respected lawyer that will frame the House lawsuit on solid Constitutional grounds. If he was a fool she would congratulate his appointment, so we can expect rough seas ahead for Obama and the fortunes of the National Socialist Party that has pushed for this and other illegal acts out of our feckless tyrant.
Who has at every turn set law and the rule of law aside for anarchy and chaos, it is in this heady brew that the nation is being taken to a one party fascist state by the likes of Obama, Pelosi and a political party of miscreants, that are usurping powers not granted them by the Constitution.
While we believe that impeachment is the appropriate remedy for an out of control executive, the House leadership are paralyzed by the color of Obama's skin. This is so wrong on so many levels though would take far to long to discuss than we have time for here. Suffice it to say that the mess that the National Socialists have created with their propensity to engage and create electorates with identity, gender, race, income and class warfare politics have created a condition that all but makes it impossible to impeach this miscreant regardless of the harm they have deliberately caused.
The pandering to these electorates would be exploited by these miscreants and their supporters with the reality that race riots would be the likely outcome if they impeached the first black president. Legal obligations say this is not a viable reason for Congress to turn their backs on their Constitutional duties, the media would hang the civil unrest on the GOP and the National Socialists would be there, every step of the way inciting their electorates to ever greater heights of unrest.
This is a civil society that should not stand for being exploited by a political party that use such vile and unethical tactics to push their agenda. To prove this contention we will leave you with a speech by our feckless tyrant that he made in 2013 to lambaste the GOP over the 2014 budget, this excerpt is taken from our Obama’s Divisional National Socialist Party Rhetoric article:
This is how Obama chose to act in this regard to his "balkanization" and "polarization" efforts in a speech in October 2013:
But Obama didn’t suggest he’s responsible for the nation’s political divides.
Obama’s claim of moderation is contradicted by much evidence.
For example, in October 2013, during the dispute over the 2014 budget, Obama used one speech to describe Republican legislators in the House as akin to arsonists, kidnappers, deadbeats, butchers, lunatics and extortionists, obsessives, out-
