'NSA slayer' to judges: The government is lying!

November 10, 2014

Attorney Larry Klayman, who last year won a federal court judgment against the National Security Agency’s spy-on-Americans program that keeps records of phone calls, has told an appeals court considering the same dispute not to trust what the government says.

Rick Perry had some candid statements for Breitbart News where he claimed the next president will not be a Senator, he believes it will be someone with executive experience, and if we read between his words correctly, it will be him:

"I don't think this man wants to go down as the absolute worst president in the United States — although the jury is still out on that," Perry said, adding that if Obama moves forward on executive amnesty "he will be guaranteed that slot. Because the American people will not accept an executive order that basically takes our constitution and throws it out the window. They will not accept that."

Perry, considering a repeat presidential bid in 2016, had just spoken at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library for an event celebrating the 50th anniversary of Reagan's famous "A Time For Choosing" speech. Among his scalding criticisms of Obama, Perry explained the president's failings as due to his background as a U.S. senator – something that happens to apply to several of his would-be challengers for the GOP presidential nomination.

"If you're in the Senate or if you're in the House, you can give a speech and then go home. Governors can't. We have to govern," Perry said, adding, "And the president of the United States, historically, has had to operate that way, too; the ones that were successful. And one of the reasons why this President is not successful is because he's never had that experience."

Asked if the next president will be a senator, Perry said, "No."

He also discussed Ebola that had been thrust onto his State and the city of Dallas, he holds the CDC responsible for the two nurses that contracted this dread pathogen by using "bad information." We discussed this same issue in our Obama is in Scandal Protection Mode Over Ebola article:

Coming back to the CDC protocols for the hospitals and health care providers to use, appear not validated and unproven, since we have two health care providers that have tested positive for Ebola so far.

This means that we have from today onwards a failure rate of 2.63% (2 infected divided 76 healthcare workers exposed) with the possibility of more which will only increase this failure rate. It looks as if we have a protocol that is not validated and that they used the Dallas Presbyterian Hospital, Thomas Eric Duncan and these healthcare workers as guinea pigs. If they insist on keeping these insufficient protocols in place, we will see an upswing in Ebola infections and health care providers being infected with Ebola.

We have the current cases being reported by the CDC to be 8,997 and the global incidence of health care workers contracting Ebola to be 240 with 120 succumbing to this virulent disease.

Using basic math to determine the rate of healthcare worker infection we arrive at an infection rate for all Ebola cases to be 240/8997 = .02667 we multiply that times 100 we get the percentage rate for this rate of infection. Which incidentally is 2.67% and is strikingly similar amount of infection that we see with the cases from patient zero Thomas Eric Duncan.

This means that the protocol put in place by the CDC was not validated or tested and produced almost the same infection results that have been seen globally. What’s more we are at a 98.5% certainty that we see the same failure rate, this means these infections are not due to random chance alone and are directly due the faulty CDC protocol itself. This raises another disturbing question, this means the mode of infection is not well understood or that methods to combat health care workers infections are inadequate.

Rick Perry touched on his deployment of the Texas National Guard to stem the tide of illegal aliens running the border and the failure to leave a residual force in Iraq, surely point to a presidential run by Perry. This nation has been ill served by Obama and his retched National Socialist Party, which we are grateful to report seems to have imploded at their own hand, and having their heads handed to them by the nations people.

We have to agree with Rick Perry on this point with one small qualification which we address shortly:

"I don't think this man wants to go down as the absolute worst president in the United States — although the jury is still out on that," Perry said, adding that if Obama moves forward on executive amnesty "he will be guaranteed that slot. Because the American people will not accept an executive order that basically takes our constitution and throws it out the window. They will not accept that."

He is absolutely correct the American people will not accept the Constitution being shredded by the likes of this usurper who would grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens by fiat. This one act may well be the spark that lights a civil war in this nation.

We do see that Obama will go down in history as the absolutely worst president this nation has ever elected, of that we have no doubt, and so we must disagree with Rick Perry on this point. From Breitbart.
